Video: Vinci's Pizza & Boyd-Dunlop Gallery raise money for Nourished for Nil with art pizza box auction.
What started as a way to come up with new imagery for pizza boxes quickly changed when Vincent Michaelsen (Vinci's Pizza) and Richard Boyd-Dunlop (Boyd-Dunlop Gallery) invited the public to create their own designs.
Judged by artist Jim Mitchell, of Mambo fame, the competition also doubles as an auction to raise funds for food rescue operation, Nourished for Nil.
The main exhibition can be viewed at Arcade Art Gallery, 6 Hastings Street, Napier.
Final bids for the auction can be made at Arcade on Thursday 16th from 5pm, where a wrap up pizza party will be held, and competition winner and spot prizes will be announced.
