LYMO - Ben Hurley

Where: Toitoi - Hawke's Bay Arts & Events Centre, 101 Hastings Street South, Hastings

What: An hour of absolute hilarity with one of New Zealand’s best loved comedians, the multiple award winning, Ben Hurley. Ben is widely recognised for his regular appearances on THREE's 7Days, The Project, and is now a regular contributor on TVNZ's Seven Sharp.He’s the winner of both the Billy T Award and the Fred Dagg award, has had numerous other TV appearances with several Comedy Galas and consistently sells out shows at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival and has toured to the country many times. This event is R16.

Anita Wigl'it - The Life Of A Funny Girl

When: Friday 29 July 7:30pm – 11:00pm

Where: The Cabana, 11 Shakespeare Rd, Napier

What: Get to know Anita Wigl'it, star of 'RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under' in this kooky, hilarious and tell all one-woman show, 'The Life of a Funny Girl!'. Over a fabulous 90 minutes, travel back in time to 1989 when a little boy with a big personality was born. Then follow him as he grows up into the glamorous Drag Queen that we all know and love (life stories told in hilarious anecdotes interspersed with dazzling shows!). This show will give you belly laughs, will make you cry and will definitely make you Wigl'it!! There are some adult themes and language in the show so we suggest R16, but we understand there are many youth who are fans of Anita and Drag Race so underage audience members are welcome with a guardian in attendance. $40 - General Admission seated

Artist Talk with Freeman White

When: Saturday 30 July 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Where: Boyd-Dunlop Gallery, 4 Hastings Street, Napier

What: Join us at Boyd-Dunlop Gallery in the upstairs lounge to meet up and hear more about Freeman White's pleinair art practice and recent trip to Europe to paint. We will also be showing recent pleinair paintings and studies by Freeman White. Drink and Nibbles from 5pm. Artist talk 5.30 - 6.30 pm

The Hawke's Bay Muscle and Model Championships

When: Saturday 30 July 11:00am – 7:00pm

Where: Toitoi - Hawke's Bay Arts & Events Centre, 101 Hastings Street South, Hastings

What: ICompete Natural NZ presents the 2022 Hawkes Bay Muscle and Model Championships. Support your friends and family as they showcase their hard work on the ICN stage in this all natural, drug tested bodybuilding competition. Watch as natural bodybuilders from around New Zealand compete for the title of Overall Champion and for their spot in the ICN Nationals later in the year. Be inspired by some of the best bodies in natural bodybuilding in New Zealand competing in Hasting's iconic Opera House. Children under the age of 10 are free, but will require a ticket.

High Tea @ Oruawharo

When: Sunday 31 July 11:00am - 3:00pm

Where: 379 Oruawharo Rd, Takapau 4281, New Zealand

What: Come try a selection of 40+ specialist teas before taking a tour of the historic Oruawharo Homestead and grounds. St Vincent's would love to spoil you with an elegant meal of scones, jam & cream + sandwiches + savories + sweets, while a slideshow of Oruawharo's history plays in the background. A guided tour will follow giving you the opportunity to fully appreciate the complexity of Oruawharo's past.

Bookings are essential: Please email admin@oruawharo.com to buy tickets. Tickets are $40 per person. Children 3–9 year old $20 per person

Arrival at 11am, High Tea served at 11:20am followed by a tour.
