Stretch at Peak House
When: Friday 30 September 2022 8:00pm – 10:00pm
Where: Peak House, 357 Te Mata Peak Road, Havelock North
What: After nearly 2 years, Stretch returns to the stage this September, playing two beautiful venues in Hawke's Bay. Joined by the incredible sound of Paula Sugden on cello, with Arahi Whaanga and Cam Burns lending their exceptional talents, these will be nights filled with a special level of anticipation.
Wait Until Dark
When: Friday 30 September 2022, 7:30pm
Where: Theatre Hawke's Bay, Cnr Hastings and Alexandra Streets, Hastings
What: A drug-filled doll has disappeared from a London Flat. Mike, Croker and Roat, three petty crooks, are pretty anxious to find it. They work out a highly involved plot to compel the owners to give away the whereabouts of the doll. The owner’s wife is blind, and once the crooks have lured the husband away their task should be easy, particularly as the only companion left to her is a little girl who lives in the flat above. The crooks tell the blind woman a frightening story .. She becomes suspicious, using her ears to make up for what she lacks in her eyes. In the terrifying climax she makes use of the fact that in the dark the blind have an actual advantage over those who can normally see.

What: FREE EVENT! Kickback and relax and listen to the chilled sounds of local talents while sipping away on some of our boutique wines and beers in the vines. Bring your family and friends along! All welcome.
Escape Room - Wizards Academy
When: Sunday 2 October 2022, 9:00am
Where: Napier Libraries, Herschell Street, Napier,
What: FREE EVENT! Our escape room is aimed at groups of children age 8+ or ages 5+ for family groups with a parent participating. You’ve crept into the Wizard’s Academy library after hours and now you’re locked in! Can you solve the puzzles and clues in time and escape before the cranky caretaker discovers you? Open to groups of 4-6. Limited number of sessions and spaces. Online registration essential.
The Unbelieve-a-Bubble Science Show
When: Sunday 2 October 2022 10:30am – 11:30am
Where: Havelock North Function Centre, 30 Te Mata Road, Havelock North
What: Come and join in the journey of questioning and discovery and be amazed by the science that goes into making bubbles well, so incredi-bubble! Explore rubber bubbles, bubbles in a bubble or even see a bubble on fire! The show is suitable for all ages!
