The joint agency statement includes Napier Mayor Kirsten Wise, Hawke’s Bay Civil Defence Emergency Management Group Controller Ian Macdonald, Fire and Emergency NZ Area Manager Ken Cooper, and Hawke’s Bay DHB’s Medical Officer of Health Dr Nick Jones.
