Emergency services respond to crash on SH51
Emergency services have responded to a crash on State Highway 51 this evening.
A Fire and Emergency New Zealand Shift Manager said two appliances responded to the two-vehicle crash between Awatoto and Marine Parade at 8.54pm.
"There were no persons trapped at the location but there were injuries."
Fire crews left at 9.13pm, leaving the scene in the hands of police and Hato Hone St John.
Hawke's Bay App has contacted police for comment.
