Missing eight-year-old boy found "safe and well"
A missing eight-year-old boy from Napier has been found "safe and well".
Noel went missing from Wyatt Avenue, Napier at approximately 3pm today.
Just before 6.30pm this evening, police said he had been found and was on his way back home.
