Pan Pac staff gifted more than $40,000 worth of hospitality vouchers

Pan Pac Forest Products has gifted more than $40,000 worth of hospitality vouchers to staff in lieu of their annual Christmas Party.

The party, due to be held this month, was cancelled due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

Staff were given the choice of $100 local restaurant or supermarket vouchers, and those with children also received vouchers to visit the Funky Farm Petting Zoo.

Managing Director Tony Clifford says they still want their staff to enjoy a nice meal out and a fun day with their families.

Mr Clifford says staff were really appreciative – both that they received the vouchers and that Pan Pac was helping local businesses.

"With over 400 full-time staff employed at its Whirinaki site, the amount contributed to the local economy is significant.

“Pan Pac has put over $20,000 into the banks of local hospitality businesses and spent a further $23,000 on supermarket vouchers,” says Mr Clifford.
