Photo competition planned to celebrate Airport’s 60th anniversary
Monthly prizes are up for grabs in Hawke’s Bay Airport’s 60th anniversary photo competition.
Starting this month and running for the rest of the year, the Airport invites people to come and take a selfie in front of the ‘Big 60’ floral installation in the terminal foyer.
Entry is easy, says Clare Hollings, Marketing and Communications Lead at the Airport.

“This month’s prize is a 2-night staycation for up to six people at Kiwiesque Luxury Vineyard Accommodation, valued at up to $1800! That’s a fantastic prize,” she says.
Terms and conditions apply, and entries for April close at midday on Tuesday, 30 April.
Hawke’s Bay Airport is New Zealand’s third busiest airport in the North Island. It plays a key role in connecting the region’s people and produce with national and international markets.
Hawke’s Bay Airport’s carbon emission reduction efforts are rated as Level 4+ ‘Transition’ as recognised by Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA).
The airport is owned by three shareholders Napier City Council (26%), Hastings District Council (24%) and the Crown (50%). It is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of two council shareholder appointed directors and two Crown appointed directors.
