Hundreds of lanterns have been strung up across the Osmanthus Gardens in Cornwall Park, Hastings, for the annual Lighting of the Osmanthus Gardens lantern festival.

The festival, in its thirteenth year, celebrates Hastings' Sister City relationship with Guilin in China, a relationship that is 40 years old this year.

The festival is open from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, closing on Sunday 18th April.
