Watch Live: Deputy Prime Minister and Director General of Health give Covid-19 update
There are 11 new Covid-19 cases in the community - all of which are in Auckland, Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield has confirmed.
Bloomfield gave the updated figures at the 1pm briefing alongside Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson in Wellington.
The total number of cases in the Delta outbreak is now 879, of which 288 have now recovered.
