Armed police search for person of interest in Onekawa
Armed police are currently searching for a "person of interest" in Napier.
A police spokeswoman confirmed the Armed Offenders Squad was at the scene. However, she said they did not have anything further to add at this stage.
It is understood police have been in the area of McLaren Crescent since just before 4pm.
