Female driver discharged from hospital following serious crash on SH2, Norsewood
A female driver has been discharged from hospital less than 24 hours after she was involved in a serious single-vehicle crash on SH2 near Norsewood yesterday morning.
Emergency services were called to the crash just before 7.30am after the vehicle hit a barrier between Anzac Park Drive and Hovding Street.
Hawke's Bay Rescue Helicopter transported the driver in a serious-to-moderate condition to Hawke's Bay Hospital.
A Hawke's Bay Hospital spokeswoman this morning confirmed the woman, in her 50s, had been discharged.
