Increased police presence in Napier following homicide
There will be an increased Police presence in the Mersey Street industrial area following the fatal stabbing of a man yesterday afternoon.
Senior Sergeant Sally Patrick said their investigation into yesterday's homicide in Pandora, Napier continues today.
"We are actively seeking witnesses to this incident."
Emergency services responded to the serious assault at 1.20pm.
One person was assaulted by two other people and subsequently died, police said in a statement yesterday afternoon.
