Police monitor large convoy travelling to Nuhaka tangi
A large number of people, including gang members, will be travelling north from Napier to attend a tangi in Nuhaka today, police have advised.
Eastern District Police said they are aware of the tangi taking place.
"Police will be monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of all motorists however, there may be congestion and motorists are advised they may wish to delay their travel or allow more time."
