Female driver flown to Hawke's Bay Hospital after crash on SH2, Norsewood
Hawke's Bay Rescue Helicopter transported a driver in a serious-to-moderate condition following a crash on SH2 near Norsewood this morning.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash just before 7.30am after the vehicle hit a barrier between Anzac Park Drive and Hovding Street.
A St John Ambulance spokesman confirmed they sent an ambulance and a rescue helicopter to the scene.
The road had re-opened by 8.30am, a police spokesperson said.
