Have you seen Jessica? Police ask for witnesses following disappearance of 26-year-old woman
Police are asking for help from the public following the disappearance of a 26-year-old woman.
Jessica was seen getting into a vehicle on Te Ara Kahikatea, Whakatu, between 10.15pm and 10.45pm on Sunday, April 14.
"At the time, Jessica appeared to be distressed," police said in a statement.
The vehicle is described as a single-cab ute, with two men inside. The vehicle was towing a trailer and left in the direction of Mangateretere.
Jessica is 173cm tall (5'8"), of Asian descent, and has dreadlocks.
"Police would like to hear from the persons who picked Jessica up or anyone who was travelling on Te Ara Kahikatea that may have seen something," police said.
"Both Jessica's family and police would like to know if she's safe and ask anyone with information to call 105 and reference the case number 240415/8098. Please call 111 if your information is urgent."
