Unique art goes on sale for worthy cause
More than 150 pieces by 60 artists will go on sale this weekend as part of the Harcourts Artex National Exhibition to raise funds for Surf Life Saving Hawke’s Bay.
Founded in 1982, it is Greenmeadows Rotary Club's major fundraiser and has gifted more than $900,000 back to the Hawke's Bay community, raised from the sale of art.
Held at the Napier War Memorial and Conference Centre, the exhibition will be open to the public tomorrow (Saturday) from 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-3pm.
